What are Lotti Dotties?
Lotti Dotties is the only interchangeable magnetic jewelry system that features “Dotties,” stylish magnetic inserts inlaid with glass, rhinestones, decorative accents and more. Unique and versatile, Lotti Dotties lets you easily change the look of your jewelry as often as you like.
How do you change your Dotties?
To change/remove your Dotties, simply turn over your finding (bracelet, ring, etc.) and locate the hole at the center of the finding’s underside. Using either the Lotti Dotties tool, or other thin pointed object (pencil, pen, etc.), place the tip through the hole and against the back of the Dottie. Press gently. The Dottie will detach from the finding and can easily be removed. We do not recommend removing Dotties by using your fingernail to pick them out of the top of the finding.
How do you care for and clean Dotties?
Lotti Dotties are silver plated. As with all silver-plated jewelry, tarnishing may naturally occur over time. To keep your Dotties/findings looking their best, clean them with a dry polishing cloth. Please do not use liquid jewelry cleaners. These products strip the plating on all plated jewelry and will cause permanent damage. We also encourage you to limit exposing your Dotties/findings to water (bathing, hand-washing, etc.) and never wear them into a pool or spa.
Are your prices wholesale or retail?

Do you store my credit card information?
We do not save or store any of your personal credit card information. You must enter your credit card before finalizing every order.
Is it safe to share my credit card information on the internet?
We use the highest standards of encryption software for internet security. If you still do not wish to submit your credit card information through our secure site, please e-mail your order to us with a list of item numbers, description, quantity desired, and prices. Please also include your phone number or a way for us to reach you so we can obtain your payment information. We recommend that you do not send your credit card number through regular e-mail, as it is not encrypted and may be viewed by a third party as it travels the internet.
Do you have a catalog?
We do not have a mailable catalog. We are an internet only company and all our products are featured online.
What is your Return Policy?
You have 30 days from date of delivery to return your order. Please include your original packing slip with all returns. You are responsible for the cost to return your order.
